PLYOGA™ is a a higher-intensity interval class that uses yoga as an active cool-down after several rounds of plyometric intervals. Shoes are strongly encouraged for this class.
Barre Above™ is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. You will need a mat and a chair or countertop.
Hatha Yoga pairs a set of physical postures with breathing techniques and is practiced at a slow, methodical pace with a focus on proper alignment.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with poses held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
