Health coaching addresses many health and wellness-related issues, including weight loss, nutrition, stress reduction/stress management, physical activity, fitness, and sleep. Health coaching is client-driven and personalized. It involves self-discovery and active learning.
As your health coach, I work with you to identify areas for change, set goals, and create an action plan. I provide education, social support, inspiration, and motivation to empower you to make long-lasting changes to your health and well-being.
What can a Health Coach do for you?
To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a FREE 30-minute initial consultation with me. During this session, we will discuss your health history and lifestyle details to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. Once we begin working together, your plan will include:
50-minute coaching sessions (phone or video chat)
initial evaluation/assessment
personalized goal setting and action plan
accountability support via text message and/or email
educational materials and resources
discount on group fitness classes with me
